Stock & Resources Rules!

Only members of dA are allowed to use my stock.

When using my stock, you must either credit me with a link back to :dev*esmeralda-stock:, or put my icon :icon*esmeralda-stock:, or a link back to the actual stock you used in your artist's comments. (remove * to get the links)

Notify me about the stock usage by sending me a Note with a link/thumbnail to your work, or comment on the stock you used, not the front page

My stock can't be used for racist/animal cruelty/political/derogatory/fetish/offensive works!

Also, you can't use my stock in any artwork that contains illegal/copyright infringing images/images that are not valid stock

You may NOT make another stock with my stock! This means no taking my stock as is and offering it as stock, selling it, premades, brushes, anything!

You may repost your finished work using my stock on other sites beside dA (your facebook, blog, personal website etc.). Credit is required off dA too, if possible.

If you used a stock that cannot longer be found in my gallery, all my stock rules still apply

My stock can be used for dA Prints if you followed all the rules. No need to ask for the permission.

If you want to sell Prints of your works using my stock off dA (Zazzle, RedBubble, ImageKind, CaffePress, personal printing etc.) you can IF you followed all the rules AND you consider it enough of a change from the original stock.

For any commercial use of my stock you'll need my written permission. Contact me first! (book covers/CD/DVD covers/other) Just give me some info and I'll most probably say yes.
